Announcement for Conference Paper Publications

We are pleased to announce that selected papers presented at the 41st International Physics Congress of the Turkish Physical Society, which will be held in Bodrum, Turkey, between 01 – 05 September 2025, will be eligible for publication in two respected journals that are indexed in SCI-e and SCOPUS, based on the authors' preference

Publication Options:

1) Acta Physica Polonica A
Published by the Polish Academy of Sciences Institute of Physics

  • Publication Fee: 300 Euro (up to 4 pages)
  • Additional charges apply for extra pages

 

2) Open Physics
Published by De Gruyter Brill

  • TPS participants will receive a 20% discount on the regular publication fee

 

Important Notes:

  • Only papers that are presented during the conference will be considered for publication.
  • The paper submission process will begin after the conference. Detailed instructions will be shared via the official conference webpage.
  • During submission, authors will be required to provide their Conference ID Number, which will be assigned upon registration.
  • Authors are kindly requested to review the author guidelines of their selected journal carefully and ensure full compliance before submission.

Peer-review Process:
All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the Special Issue Editorial Board and the Scientific Committee of the Congress.

Final acceptance will depend on the reviewers' evaluations and the editorial decision.

Additional Recommendation:
Participants who plan to convert their conference presentations into full articles are strongly advised to begin preparing their manuscripts according to the guidelines provided in the above links.
